Seit langem ist es prinzipiell möglich, Bemessungsaufgaben im Stahlbetonbau nach DIN EN 1992-1-1:2004 "Eurocode 2: Bemessung und Konstruktion von Stahlbeton- und Spannbetontragwerken ‑ Teil 1-1: Allgemeine Bemessungsregeln und Regeln für den Hochbau" in Verbindung mit den national festgelegten Regeln in DIN EN 1992-1-1/NA:2011-01 durchzuführen. Diese Normen werden als Gesamtpaket im normalen Sprachgebrauch als Eurocode 2 ‑ oder kurz EC2 ‑ bezeichnet. Eine für den üblichen Hochbau konsolidierte, d.h. eine redaktionell zusammengefasste und teilweise gekürzte Version dieser beiden Teile mit zusätzlichen erläuternden Kommentaren, ist seit März 2012 auf dem Markt und inzwischen zwingend in allen Bundesländern anzuwenden. In dem Beitrag werden die Auswirkungen des Eurocode 2 auf die Baustelle betrachtet. Grundsätzlich kann festgestellt werden, dass durch den Eurocode 2 keine wesentlichen Auswirkungen auf die Bauausführung im Bereich des Stahlbetonbaus bestehen. Da durch die sozusagen an den Eurocode 2 gekoppelte, neuen Bauausführungsnormung im Stahlbetonbau zudem in nahezu allen wesentlichen Punkten der Regelungsstand von DIN 1045-3:2008-08 beibehalten wird, sollte man dieser neuen Normengeneration nicht mit großen Vorbehalten begegnen. Der Schritt aus der Normung von 1988 hin zum Bemessungskonzept mit Teilsicherheitsbeiwerten ab 2005 (Normenausgabe 2001) war erheblich größer als der jetzige von 2008 auf Eurocode 2.
Effect of Eurocode 2 on building sites
For a long time it has been possible, in principle, to carry out design work in reinforced concrete construction conforming to DIN EN 1992-1-1:2004 “Eurocode 2: Design and construction of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete load-bearing structures – Part 1-1: General design rules and regulations for building construction” in conjunction with the nationally prescribed regulations in DIN EN 1992-1-1/NA:2011-01. As a total package these standards are known in normal usage as Eurocode 2 – or EC2 for short. Since March 2012 there has been a version of these two parts on the market that has been consolidated for normal building construction, i.e. editorially summarized and partially shortened, with additional explanatory comments. It is now mandatory that this is applied in all federal states. The article examines the effect that Eurocode 2 has on construction sites. Basically, it can be said that Eurocode 2 does not have any important effect on the execution of construction work in the reinforced concrete construction sector. Virtually all the essential points of the regulations in DIN 1045-3:2008-08 are also retained in the new standard for execution of construction work with reinforced concrete that is “coupled” with Eurocode 2 so this new generation of standards should not be approached with any serious reservations. The step from the 1988 standard to the design concept of partial safety factors after 2005 (standard published in 2001) was considerably larger than the current step from 2008 to Eurocode 2.
